Friendly Staff Easy to walk everywhere Delicious restaurant accross the road - Pongs Pares. Free English tea, coffee and drinking water 24/7 Strong Air Conditioning Hot water shower Gave more soap/shampoo/tp when we needed it. Good bidet.

“Perfect location, staff and Breakfast!”
The staff were very kind and welcoming. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful the entire time. In the morning, when you sit down for breakfast, you make your own coffee and she brings your breakfast to the table: pancakes with maple syrup and butter, a slice of toast, an egg, and a banana — perfect to start the day! The location is excellent, just a few steps from the main street and surrounded by restaurants. The bathroom also had great water pressure and a hot shower, which can actually be hard to find in this area!

The central location and the friendliness of the staff almost made up for the "quality" of the facilities. There was both aircon and fan in the room and they have coffee and water refill.

Outstanding atmosphere in the wooden hotel or Balay Paragua, Personal was always very friendly & helpful as well as available 24/7. The room was very comfortable & the location perfect to explore El Nido & the surrounding areas with small walking distances. Highly recommend the stay at Balay Paragua.
