I'd rate the facilities at 2/5, but with how helpful the owner was (5+/5), I'd put the place at 3.5/5. Note that there is a gate, so if you need to leave early, youd need to inform owner about this, so that they open the gate. I'd recommend the owners to stay at this apartment for 2 days themselves, to see the critical missing parts.

“Very relaxing place”
The pool is superb. The grounds are well looked after. The place was very quiet and well run. The owners were very friendly.
