A very clean room, towels and bedding smelled like at home. The owner Alfonso is a very kind man. I definitely recommend it and I would stay there again.

“I had a great stay”
The room has a good size as well as the bathroom. The bed. is comfy and the kitchen sufficiently equipped. If there is reception in the village, the internet works quite well for local condition. But most important: Marlon was such a great host! Gracias por todo Marlon

“Like visiting your Tio at the beach”
Great stay in a remote place. It is like visiting your grandpa or cousin at the seaside. The room is very basic, but has all you need for a stay near the beach. There are mosquito nets on the windows- that is a must, hot water and wifi (in Yucatan senses). The host doesnt speak English but is happy to share all necessary info in Spanish. Great value for money. The beach is 3 corners down the street.

I stayed at the villa for 6 nights and all has been more than perfect! I am traveling solo and Alfonso made me feel like I was at home, going way over and beyond his host's remits to make my stay comfortable and happy. Alfonso and Martha are some of the kindest people I have met on my travels, and very pleasant to spend some time with. The room is super clean and provided with every comfort, kitchenette, WiFi, great shower and a super comfortable hammock.

Was perfect for the price. Owner was attentive, super helpful, and even let us check out late for no cost. We booked 2 nights and extended 2 more. Aircon, perfect WiFi, hot water, even a hammock. 100% would go back.
