It was a fantastic hostel and really well run. The only thing I was in the downstairs room and it was really noisy at night from ventilators or generators.

The hostel has a good vibe, a warm and spacious communal area and clean, heated bathrooms. The rooms have bug lockers for all your luggage. The staff is helpful.

The location - close to the trails- and the chill room, very cozy and warm. They even let us borrow their sticks because the shops were closed!

Staff were very welcoming. Walking distance from the bus station and very easy to get to the majority of the trails from here. The dorm was comfortable with a big locker for each person. The communal area was really nice with a good view

The location was superb! Though it's a 20 mins walk from the bus station, it's only about 300m away from the starting points of several trails, including the Fitz Roy. With many good restaurants and a supermarket nearby, you couldn't ask for more. And you get a 10% discount if you eat at the restaurant in the sister property next door, and the food is good.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Facilities seemed clean and with the capacity to accommodate a lot of people. I had limited interaction with the facilites since I only went for sleep and left very early the following morning.

1. budget travel, great for value

It was a good hostel, with practical but helpful stuff. Could pay in US dollars. Luggage storage was available. Lockers in the room. Towels for extra charge. Hair-drier at the reception. Wifi was good. Cake and tea every morning. The hostel is located rather close to the start of the Fitz Roy trail.

Great Lounge room and possibility to relax. Good kitchen and utensils and very clean. Even though there is no breakfast included, each morning there is cake and you can take some tea. Big bathrooms which are also very clean.
