Massive room with a great view. The bathroom was the nicest I've stayed in so far - heated towel rail (and possibly floor). There was a kitchen I could use, which was a bonus. Elvira was lovely and welcoming.

our host Elvira was very friendly and also responded to all our questions really fast on what’s app. The location was great, near the bus station and town centre. We had the mountain view room which was very spacious and had a really good view of Fitz Roy which was amazing.

Clean cosy room with a nice view of the mountains. The host went out of her way to help us book a taxi for our early morning hike.

The location and view was excellent. The room was spacious. The staff friendly.

I wished they had a more offering for breakfast.

We loved the big but cosy upstairs room that felt a bit like a log cabin and was well heated despite a very cold windy night in El Chalten. The lady who checked us in was friendly and the bar/restaurant below was great for dinner. Good location in the main street.

Large room with plenty of space to put clothes if you are staying for a few nights. Shower was good. Elvira was super super helpful! she was so kind in supporting us to find ways to organise transport knowing that we had not manage to get Cash (do not come to El Chalten without cash!!!). She also let us leave some bags for a few days while we went camping in the mountains.

Very comfortable and cosy place! The owner was very welcoming and we felt at home. Compared to some of the prices in this region, this was a very reasonable price for the quality and comfort.

Great room, facilities and nice view is the mountain. Service was exceptional with the staff helping me immediately after I left some property, helping to send the property back to Buenos Aires.

Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in the room. I informed the hotel owner, included pictures and even put one of the bedbugs in a cup of them to see. I got tons of bites that were super itchy and scabbed over and sent them pictures of those as well. I ended up having to launder everything twice and throw out some of my things just to be safe. I asked for a very reasonable compensation (less than $100 USD) to just cover my laundry expenses and final night stay but was denied. Definitely a bummer. Overall, stay was okay before that. The B+B is located a bit farther from the main street (about a 30 min walk to the main trailhead and maybe 15-20 min to the main bars). The hot water came/went. The kitchenette not particularly well stocked with supplies.

Fantastic location and a very nice space to stay in. Plenty of room, great views of the Fitzroy Range, hot shower, decent WiFi. There are only three rooms in the hotel, so it's quiet and the common area feels like it's almost an additional private space.
