“A great hôtel with a great staff !”

Everything ! The location, the quality of the accommodations, the very cosy common area and the kindness and efficiency of the management. Even in the evening when we needed some help with an emergency cleaning, Roberto (or Alberto) was really helpful ! In the morning we found all our clothes cleaned and ready to be picked up at the reception.

I loved everything about this hotel! It is about a 10-minute walk from the bus station, and about 5 minutes from the start of the main street where the restaurants are – so while it can be a bit of a walk to some of the dining options, it also means it is quiet. The hotel itself is small and has a cozy boutique feel to it that sets it apart from your standard big-name chain hotels. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a large window-filled room split between the front desk and a space decorated with local art where guests can sit and enjoy coffee and pastries. We spent a lot of downtime here reading and relaxing! The breakfast room is also down here, and the breakfast spread was great, with freshly cooked eggs on offer in addition to your standard cereals, pastries, and yogurts. The front desk staff are very helpful when planning hikes, and were able to make multiple recommendations to us. Now on to the room: we stayed in a Standard Double. This was the only hotel that provided not only USB ports beside the bed but also a power strip on the desk, so we had ample spaces to charge our multiple devices. This was so convenient! At every other hotel, we were usually we were having to juggle what devices were charging and when. Our room was also super bright and filled with light, and had a gorgeous view of Mount Fitz Roy whenever it poked out of the clouds. The bed was huge and comfortable, and I appreciated that the closet was a good size and contained a safe.

Lovely small and friendly boutique hotel in El Chalten. Check in was very friendly and great advice given about planning our hikes. Packed lunches were tasty with enough food to fuel our Laguna de los Tres hike! Our room was large, clean and comfortable with the added advantage of an espresso machine and a bath! You can order eggs/bacon with breakfast. Walking distance from restaurants and trailheads Good restaurant recommendations provided - although some get busy early!! Parking is available on the street outside if you have your own or a hire car. Nice quiet location away from the main street.

“Very cute, charming B&B style hotel”

We loved staying here! The room was lovely, and great value for money comapred to other spots in town. It was walking distance to all the restaurants in town and to any of trail head walks. We loved the breakfast, it felt very B&B, and loved all the home baked sweet treats. They also offer a packed lunch which was super handy as we were out walking all day.

Amazing bed, super warm and comfortable! Could see fitz roy out of the window, wonderful location, amazing breakfast and super helpful staff! Gave us some great restaurant recommendations that resulted in us having one of our best meals in Argentina

“Beautiful, spotless hotel with excellent breakfast”

We had a wonderful stay here in El Chaltén. The hotel is decorated with a lot of taste, with warm wood details throughout. Our room was very spacious, with a high ceiling that gave an even more generous feeling of space. The beds were comfortable, with good-quality, extra-long mattresses. The bathroom was spotless, which we have not always found easily during our trip in Argentina. The staff were very helpful with making arrangements and giving good recommendations in the area. Breakfast was clearly above average, with homemade cookies, yoghurt, fresh orange or grapefruit juice, and freshly prepared eggs in the morning.

Fantastic hotel, the staff where helpful in suggesting places to eat, hikes and the best weather apps to use. The room was lovely and spacious and beds very comfy.. Rivals some 5 star hotels we've stayed at.

Great location, very comfortable bed, attentive staff

The staff were very fliendly and helpful. Also, the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was great, as was the take away lunch pack. they dont have a much on offer for dinner but there is a nice cheese platter and good selection of wine and local beers. it was a very relaxing spot to rest after big days on the tracks!

“Oasis in the mountains”

Beautiful room (the suite) and small hotel. Breakfast was quite good with prompt service. And all the staff were great. Nice being on the edge of town. They know you are there to hike and create a really welcoming place to return to after a long hard day.

Very comfortable large room and staff were very friendly and helpful esp Eduardo but the others were equally as good. Hot breakfast was good and recommendations from staff helpful.

“Just a luxury hotel”

Oh, this is just a luxury hotel. Everything is clean, new. Every little detail is very well thought out. Good materials were used for finishing and excellent furniture. The girls at the reception helped to find hiking poles. And helped with other advice. It's great to come back to such a cozy hotel after hiking in the mountains.
