Located inside Los Glaciares National Park and just a 10-minute drive from Viedma Lake, the hotel offers massage sessions and contemporary Patagonian décor. The location is close to the trail. There’s also a shop 1 min away where you can buy essentials for the hike. Breakfast was also good. And staff really friendly.

“Wonderful base for exploring the area”
Hotel Poincenot is a charming mountain hotel and a wonderful base for exploring the area. Our room and bed were extremely comfortable - exactly what you need after long hikes. As we were on our honeymoon, we were also surprised in our room with a bottle of red wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly enjoyed staying here and only wished we could have extended our visit.

The room was very spacious. The location was great - extremely central. There are coffee and water available 24 hours a day. They let us use the common rooms, which are quite comfy.

An excellent location on the main street, surrounded by hotels and restaurants. A boutique hotel that is exceptionally clean, with well-equipped rooms and a warm, helpful staff. A supermarket is just a short walk away, and it’s close to the starting point for hikes and excursions — a perfect place to relax after a demanding day. Bottom line: a high-quality place for those looking for comfort and quality.

Good location, parking spaces available. Coffee and water available through the afternoon in the reception and tea/coffee kettle in the room . Comfy bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lunch box available.

Well located hotel for both the facilities of the town and the trailheads. About a mile from bus terminal. Room comfortable and spacious. Staff very helpful and efficient. Good variety for breakfast and free coffee and water in lobby all day.
