Gustavo was there when I arrived. He gave me a map and showed me how to access the best hikes and also places to eat and shop - super helpful! There are hiking sticks to borrow for free and also bicycles.

“Nice modern apartment, above our average price but wanted a comfy place when it was wet outside.”
Good breakfast: jug of yoghurt, milk, bread, cheese, ham, cake, fruit, butter. Nice airy room (for 4 people), has bed up upstairs and downstairs with TV each. Hooks behind the main door. Safe to leave luggage in reception room after checkout, especially needed as there is no left luggage at bus station.

It’s very clean and breakfast was good. Accommodation in El Chalten is very expensive. No getting round it. We had dinner at La Tapera. It was very good.

The room was very nice, and very clean. Gustavo gave us amazing tips for treks and restaurants when we arrived which was very appreciated. A decent breakfast was given to us each evening which was ideal for getting up early and getting out. We were very appreciative of our own kitchen. Location also perfect.

“Best choice in town!”
The hosts were lovely and your room gets cleaned everyday. We left early and did not have time to clean up after the (excellent) breakfast (that they provide). When we got back from 20km of walking, everything was clean! Really nice!
