Overview
Located in the heart of El Chalten area, Condor De Los Andes offers heated rooms. It features a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. There is a Bus Station 200 metres away. All rooms include breakfast. Rooms at Condor de los Andes have personal lockers and central heating. All of them feature private bathrooms. Guest can cook their own meals. Lunch boxes and dinner can be prepared upon request. Guests can take a book from the library and read it in the lounge, by the fireplace. They can also take a stroll around the property, enjoying some panoramic views of the mountains. Laundry service and free Wi-Fi are provided.

“Good place for backapackers and hikers.”
Comfortable bed with comfortable pillow. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Nice common area. Just few minutes walk from bus stations. Enter to NP is on the other side of the town, but it is small, so it is like 15min walk. The view to FitzRoy when the weather is nice. Haidryer available.

Great hostel in El Chaltén, really good atmosphere and perfect base for hiking. Clean, comfortable and well set up. The kitchen facilities were a big plus and can be used whenever you want. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed for two nights, cancelled one because I had to leave early, they were ok about it. Great management, helpful staff. Everything was clean, hot water in the showers.

“Great hostel and atmosphere in El Chalten”
Super nice hostel, with really friendly and helpful staff. Well located, close to the Chalten bus terminal. Great atmosphere among the guests, in the common areas, with nice views of Fitz Roy (when the sky is clear). Well equipped kitchen. I would highly recommend staying here for your hiking holidays in El Chalten.

This felt like a home away from home for our 5 nights in El Chalten and we loved staying here. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was strong and hot.

The atmosphere in the common areas was very cozy, and the fireplace added an extra touch that made it feel even more welcoming. The kitchen was well-equipped with good quality utensils The bed, including the mattress and pillows, was incredibly comfortable—definitely one of the best I’ve had in a hostel. It’s only a few minutes from the bus stop, but a bit farther from the start of the most famous trails.

“Friendly hostel in El Chaltén”
The hostel is located near the central street with all restaurants & shops. The staff is very friendly and helpful in sharing necessary information regarding existing treks & activities. The shuttle to various locations can be arranged at the reception. We stayed in the dedicated room for couples, so we cannot review shared dormitories…

“I would 100% stay here again, it was such a pleasant experience.”
This was the best hostel that I stayed at in South America during my trip. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The kitchen and was so neat and tidy with all the equipment you need, they even offer stickers for your food so you can label everything. The beds were extremely comfortable - they must have spent good money on the mattresses. I love that there was an individual shower and a toilet in your dorm room. The beds had their own plug, shelf for your belongings and light. I would 100% reccomend to stay here again. Also the location is great and right by the bus station - perfect for travellers :)

Lovely friendly hostel. Good kitchen, basic breakfast but good to be included in price. Stayed in a dorm, was clean and comfy beds. Short walking distance from bus station and the town itself is all easily walkable and safe. Laundry was done same day.

Close to bus station and stores/restaurants. Large communal areas. Good decent breakfast. Great location, but still quiet enough.
