“A decent apartment but poor user experience”

The positives... The apartment is nice and new, modern and clean. The on-site manager, Angelique, is lovely and very helpful, she was responsive when we had questions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds and linens are new and comfortable. Heating worked well, we were cozy. Kitchen is well stocked. The town is quite small and the apartment is central so everything was easily walkable (restaurants, groceries, bus station, and all the main hiking trail heads). Bathroom facilities and shower were pretty good.

Our experience was negatively affected by how a situation after check-out was handled. We were not given any clear check-out instructions, so we left the apartment around 7:15 AM and returned the keys to the keybox, as is commonly done. Shortly after, we left the property and can fully document our departure (taxi and bus). Later, we were informed—based on security camera footage—that other people had entered the apartment, and we were held responsible for this. This was very surprising and unfair. The same cameras should clearly show that any entry happened after we had already left and returned the keys. At that point, we no longer had any control over access to the property. We have no connection whatsoever to those individuals. We also want to point out that the day before, people from another apartment entered ours without permission while we were inside, which we immediately reported. We believe this situation should have been checked more carefully before making such accusations. Overall, this was handled in an inappropriate way and left us with a very negative impression.

It was easy but the keys were left at the door with our luggage inside… I trust people but our luggage was basically unattended …

The whole apartment was perfect, comfy bed, wonderful kitchen with plenty of utensils. The owner let us keep our luggage in a reception room whilst we waited for check in as we arrived early. Great location in town close to all shops and eateries

The property is very new and beautifully finished. Heaters in every room and a clean bathroom and kitchen. Location was a short walk from restaurants and supermarket.

Very nice and clean, with good location. Well equipped, helpful staff.

The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, good dining table and reasonable size overall. The bathroom shower works well with instant hot water. Everything was very clean. The heating functioned very well.

Good location, nice inner yard, the apartments were clean and in good condition. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need.
