Location is superb, with lots of amazing places to eat and drink within walking distance. A really lovely little town that felt really, really safe. A peaceful hotel with a nice outside area to relax in. Rooms were a good size and clean.

Good location, staff was friendly and nice, rooms are clean and tidy, garden is really nice and we had great time.

The staff was really helpful and polite. The room was of a decent size so you didn't feel crammed in. The bathroom was also bigger than usual. The breakfast was also good, but maybe not too much variety (it wasn't a problem for us). The hours are also extended and generous (6-10) so it was perfect for early tours. The hotel is very close to the lagoon. 24/7 bakery in front.

The location in El Calafate is perfect. Close to the main street by foot. The atmosphere, lobby and gardens are enjoyable.

The rooms were very clean and serviced daily, which was a big plus. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful – we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel restaurant was truly worth the price, tasty food at reasonable rates. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive our room an hour earlier than the scheduled check-in time.

We liked the spacious room and comfortable beds, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the hotel has a great setting with nice views from the room. We appreciated the design and the gardens. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I really liked the charm of the hotel — it has that slightly old-style, traditional feel of places that have been around forever, but in the best possible way. Everything was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was simple but complete and very well done, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. Overall, it offers a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
