“Amazing place with a lovely host”
Amazing host and fantastic location, walkable to the city center. There is a great restaurants and panaderia nearby. The apartment is spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Literally opposite the lake so wonderful for a morning walks.

Host was very sweet and the view was fantastic. It's not in the middle of the city, but walking distance away from the stores and restaurants. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the birds and Calafate's waterfront/boardwalk. The color of the lake is not turquoise blue, but it's still a nice view.

“Great apartment”
Salamandra is located 10 minutes away from the center of El Calafate. It has everything you need during the stay for visiting Moreno or some trecking, heating was perfect, the bed was comfy... and the host was so nice, I can find no cons on this place. Highly recommended.

“Nice apartment some minutes walk from the city center”
The apartments are located only around a 10 minutes walk from the city center and one block from la Costanera to have some good walks. The apartment was in excellent condition and very well equipped. The lady that received us was lovely and gave us a nice welcome. They had no parking but you could park on the street.

We liked everything. Friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel like family. Spacious nicely-decorated apartment. Great view over the lake from the window. Excellent value.

Big warm room with a beautiful view. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen with a big supermarket in 10 mins walk. The Argentina Lake is across the street downstairs where the wild birds live (flamingos). There is a nice seafood local restaurant 3m walk close.

“Excellent spacious apartment close to central El Calafate”
Comfortable, well equipped, clean, spacious, within easy walking distance from the restaurants and shops in the town center. We stated there with our two boys and it was perfect. The apartment was facing north with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Would go back there if I ever return to El Calafate.
