“Just the opposite of the bus station”

If you arrive or depart early or late this is the most convenient place to stay. You basically look at the hostel from the bus station. There is a big kitchen to use and the breakfast is included, small but better than nothing

across from the terminal is super convenient , breakfast even included in the cheapest possible price of all hostels in the city

They have an amazing reception staff who speak very good English and can assist pretty much with every enquiry you might have .I booked with them the tour to the Perito Moreno Glacier which was amazingly organised.The location is 100 meters from the bus terminal.

Great location if you need access to bus terminal, but a tiny bit far from the very centre. Nice Mexican join next door.

Hostel is close to the bus terminal, but quite far from town and not much around. Breakfast was included but was only serving some coffee and bread/crossaint Price was good

I didn't see that they sent me messages on Booking, and since I didn't reply they cancelled my booking

Great location, price and comfort for what I needed it for; a place to stay before getting a flight in the morning. Great big lockers.

It was close to the bus stop and the staff was helpful. I know the price is very low, but I'm not sure whether it was worth the money.

only one night, stayed after getting the bus and then headed to the airport. super convenient for the bus station. great front desk, helped sort an airport shuttle before we even arrived via WhatsApp. rooms were fine, bathrooms nice and clean and hot water :)

Location! It is next to bus terminal which is very convenient for people to catch early bus. If location is your priority, this would be your best choice. It has a public kitchen as a hostel.

“Excellent home base for day trip launches”

We found this hostel because we were travelling from El Chalten, doing a day trip to Moreno glacier on the same day, before staying the night at Calafete. It felt like leap frogging when we were planning but it worked out well because we saw Matices hostel across the street from the intercity bus terminal at Calafete. It made all our timing work and between the conveniences and efficient facility and was the right decision to book there. Leandro at the front desk helped us booked boat tickets at Moreno glacier and helped store our bags, Allan had great recommendation for dinner. Lukus helped us book a shuttle to the airport. We had an early flight the next day, the front desk opened breakfast earlier, the bread arrived fresh (croissant were excellent). Our room was clean, with our own bedroom, individual beds (we were a party of 3).

Basic, but convenient as it is right next to the bus station. If you are not going to the city center, stay here!

Super convonient location, literally next to bus station. Easy 15ish min walk to centro. Otherwise good basic.
