“Great place in el Calafate”
You cant beat the comfort and luxery for this price. Breakfast is amazing, best we had on our south america trip. Friendly staff. Arranged a taxi for us.

“Temperature problem”

“Nice hotel, would definitly reccomend it”
The room was quite big. Everything was super clean. It smell so nice! The breakfast was really good. The staff at reception was amazing, very helpful, professional and nice to guests.

We stayed here on 3 occasions. There were 3 of us and the room was big enough for us all to be comfortable. The breakfast was great. We did not eat here in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helped us print documents for onward travel and arranged for a spa massage. Communication was great and we received whats apps during our stay to ensure everything was ok.The location is around 10 minutes walk from the Main Street but it is an easy walk. We had a car, and parking is free.

“Not worth the huge price tag”
Room: very big and spacious, comfortable bed, good closet space but needs more Hangers Hair dryer - not super powerful but standard hotel dryer. Breakfast: good selection of fruits e.g. plums, strawberries, kiwi, apples, bananas, oranges. Only problem is they were always running out. First day I didn't even know there were strawberries, plums and kiwi fruit available.

“Very good value for the money”
We were expecting worse experience based on reviews 🙈 It was pretty big room, renovated, it’s quite at night. There is no fridge or tea station, but it was never promised in the room description when we were booking. It’s seems being far from center, but it’s 10 minute walk, so very comfortable.
