“Lovely, quaint, friendly stay in El Calafate”
Location: excellent, central, easy to get around the city center and for your pickup Property: so beautiful. I loved walking in the garden and smelling the lavender flowers. Homely, warm, clean, and well-maintained. Staff: so kind, helpful, and lovely, especially Ernestina, Michaela, and the gentleman who helped fix the TSA lock on my suitcase! Room: spacious, incredible view of the garden and mountains, huge and comfortable bed Breakfast: expansive, tasty offerings

“Lovely rustic hotel with good attention to detail, in a nice location”
Our hotel room was massive, comfortable and clean. The hotel has great facilities including a spa with great massages, pool table and table tennis. The restaurant serves nice food although the restaurant setting is a little odd. Breakfast is simple but nice with extra touches during Semana Santa when we were there. We had packed lunches to visit the glacier which were tasty. The location of the hotel in El Calafate is great.

“Great hotel in a great location”
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spacious and very welcoming. It was in a great location for exploring El Calafate and the surrounding area.

Excellent service, comfortable bed, ample breakfast choices. Changed money for us at a fair rate. And the restaurant was delicious for dinner. Highly recommended.

“Good location”
The hotel is in a good location. However, the rooms are somewhat poorly maintained and show clear signs of age. The bathroom in particular is in need of renovation and better upkeep. Breakfast offered a very limited selection of food. Considering what the hotel provides, the price felt too high. In its current condition, the hotel deserves a 3-star rating rather than 4 stars.

“Great value and location to explore el Calafate”
The hotel is very close to the Main Street of el Calafate where all restaurants and shops are located. It is conveniently two blocks away so it is also calm and less noise. The breakfast is very good and has many options to choose from (including calafate berry jam). The hotel feels like an alpine inspired retreat and although not new is very well kept. The staff, particularly the young lady in the front desks was extremely friendly and helpful with tips. We would return to this hotel if we come back.

“Wonderful stay”
A real fine hotel close to city center with parking and large garden. We had a very peaceful and quiet stay, sorry it was only for one night. Staff was very helpful
