It is very well located (it is on top of a hill, so you get a beautiful view). The staff was wonderful. I was loaned an adaptable charger for my phone free of charge. A staff member also came around every evening around 7h30 PM to have out a free alfajor.

Amazing view and location. Gabriella and the rest of the stuff are very helpful and always available to assist with any queries.

Lovely place with gorgeous views. The rooms are beautiful and the jet bath a nice surprise! Breakfast was great - recommend the crepes with dulche de leche specifically. All staff were very friendly. Reception staff were very proactive asking us if we were sorted for our excursions each day and helping us get to Perito Moreno glacier.

Really confortable rooms, generous breakfast and great views over the lago argentino. The hotel is up the hill but you can walk down to the main road (restaurants, shops etc) in 15min. After 7pm they also have an agreement with local taxis so they can take you back up the hill to the hotel for ARG $2000 per trip.

Great views and breakfast & hotel restaurant for dinner. Very accommodating staff. Beds were wonderfully comfortable.

“Cozy hotel, helpful staff, great stay”

The hotel room was so cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the bath. There was also lots of space. The breakfast was tasty with plenty options. The bar area was also nice to have some wine. The staff were so helpful responding to WhatsApp queries very fast and also arranging excursions. While the hotel is not right in the centre of town the walk is around ten minutes if you are fit and otherwise they provide a taxi service. WiFi was also high quality. Highly recommend this place!

As a woman, traveling solo is sometimes overwhelming but the staff was great, and from the moment I arrived made me feel safe and comfortable. Room was cozy and warm. View was really beautiful, particularly for sunrises. Location is on a small hill so you need to walk a bit. Still, many tours offer pick up and the hotel offers transfers at night. I highly recommend this hotel.
