Set against an impressive Patagonian Mountain backdrop, Bla Guesthouse is a quaint guest house in downtown El Calafate. It features white and honey wood exteriors and is conveniently located only 2 blocks from San Martin Avenue, the main commercial street. Rooms at Bla Guesthouse have polished wood walls and queen-size beds. All are equipped with heating and have en suite bathrooms. The hotel is nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had toiletries, which is rarely the case in hostels so we appreciated this.

“Cheap and cheerful”
Receptionist was funny and welcoming. Location was good. Chill music in chill out area. Good kitchen and good shower.

Good location, walkable to the main centre, and the free breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice! The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is quite sociable :)

“Friendly and helpful stuff”
The stuff was very friendly, helped to arrange the Perito Moreno tour. Could pay in US dollars. Basic breakfast. Wifi was ok. Luggage storage was possible. Good location, close to the main street and all the cafes and restaurants.

Great location, close to main street with a lot of restaurants, very friendly staff, clean place, a kitchen to share with other guests. We booked a private room with our own bathroom

Breakfast was a Buffet Style with tea, coffe, cereal, bread and fruit. The WiFi was working great and the kitchen was equipped nicely
