Clean, warm (very important at this time of the year!) and good wi-fi. Very helpful host who stayed in touch via what's app and helped us with recommendations and advice.

Julia was so friendly, helpful and replies fast to my messages. We had to arrive a day earlier than our booking and she was so prompt and accommodating straight away with our very last minute request. Julia helped answer our questions/concerns about our forward travel to the next town (Tres Lagos to Gobernador Gregores highway). Very easy self check in/out. Nice, clean, modern and secure accommodation, fast wifi, very hot water, comfortable bed and everything needed to cook our meals. Easy parking for our rental car, nice location just a short walk (10mins) to the Main Street where all the restaurants/shops are. We would stay here again.

The staff was super helpful when we need it & we were able to checkout later. The location is ok, you get in about 15-20 min in the center, on the main street.

Julia our host was very helpful and nearby every day. Great location for walking to restaurants/ bars and tourist office. A short distance from Lago Argentina for a walk.

The apartment itself was fine. What is really bad is that you only hear after you have booked (and can no longer cancel) that you have to pay in cash. Withdrawing money in Argentina is difficult and costs a lot of money. The owner of the appartement causes a lot of extra costs in this way, while there are easy solutions to think of. The apartment was close to the center.

It's a good location within walking distance to lots of places, restaurants, shops, and the downtown area. The host helped us find a taxi and answered all my questions.

Staff response time was really fast if I needed anything, comfortable bed and felt very modern and clean compared to other places I’ve stayed.

Location is great, within walking distance from Lago Argentino y del city center. Apartment is quite spacious and comfy, plus the communication with the host was always easy and fast.
