“Owner and staff are confrontational”
I came to see Las Tejuelas. I asked for the price and since the price I was told was considerable above the Booking.com price I booked via Booking. I then showed the booking confirmation and the related price to the staff. She refused to accept the agreed Booking.com rate. She insisted on a higher price to be paid. After a while she asked me to cancel the booking what I refused.. She talked with her boss over phone, who then informed that he refuses to accept the existing booking and that he asks me to leave the place. They placed my lugggage in front of the door. He said that he ll immediately cancel the booking from his side. This was extrremly disturbing and very unprofessionell . Be careful with this place.

“Beautifully decorated small hotel in the heart of El Bolson”
Despite being very close to the main street, the property is nice and quiet. Our room was large and private, with a very comfortable bed. There is private off-street parking which is great as parking can be difficult when the town is busy. Breakfast was good and the common spaces are very inviting and beautifully decorated. It's also nice to be so close to restaurants and shops. A great experience!

“Great hotel in a great location”
The hotel was more than adequate and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable even though they couldn't speak any English. The location was perfect amongst restaurants & bars.
