Overview
Situated on the banks of the Burguillo Embalse Lake, the Posada del Agua has a pretty setting. It features a traditional Spanish restaurant and stylish rooms with flat-screen TVs. The Posada features bright, contemporary décor with wooden floors. The spacious rooms have a desk, bathrobe and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Some rooms offer views of the lake. The guest house has a bar and lakeside terrace, which both offer impressive views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. “Perfect getaway for our anniversary- quiet and romantic!”
The lunch and dinner food was excellent. I wasn't expecting such good food, since there was nothing written about it, or pictured, on the websites where I found this place. It only advertised breakfast, which we did not eat. We had planned to have dinner at another restaurant close by, but so glad we decided to eat here instead. The view of the lake was breathtaking. Quiet peaceful ambience. Friendly and attentive staff.
