“Mid-city rental”
The kitchen was bright and there was enough room for multiple people to cook. The bed was actually comfortable, and the room was very clean. The host was extremely responsive and pleasant.

“Great place to stay!”
Great communication from the host. Almost instant response is made when the question is asked. Room was clean and common area was also good. (As described) Location was also great. It was little off the touriest area (well, max 5min away anyway,,,) but it was quiet and close to bus or train station.

“Nothing to complain about!”
Nothing to dislike. Narrow staircase, no lift but that's not a problem really. Very clean, all questions answered immediately. Perfect...recommended

“Good place for group of people”
Room was as described, with 2 beds and a balcony. Amazing size and level of equipment of common areas: kitchen, patio, "living" room with sofas and tv. Great place to stay and hang out with group of friends. Metro is nearby.

The room was clean and quite big, the private bathroom outside the room was also nice. The common area is fully furnished. The position is good, 5 mins walking from metro collBlanc.

“Very nice few days stay in Barcelona”
Location was close to metro station with good connections into city centre and airport. Neighbourhood was safe and friendly with the convenience of friendly cafes, bars and shops. Owner was very good with communication and the place was very clean. Would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Barcelona.

Property is really good shape, brand new kitchen appliances and all fresh painted walls, bedrooms are like new, very well maintained and even bathroom looks like new, very nice apartment.

“4-night stay in Barcelona”
Very clean. Shared kitchen is large, well equipped and cleaned daily. Our bathroom had everything we needed, plenty of towels and shampoo. Also enjoyed the backyard space for eating and chilling. The owner was very friendly and always replied quickly, we could even check-in sooner than expected. Great access to nearby metro and bus stations and supermarkets.

“Good value for money”
The place is nearby a metro station which makes it easier to move around the city. The common areas are clean and comfortable. The room had a nice little terrace and the beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive and kind, very quick to reply too.
