Everything was great, except for an unpleasant situation at the reception desk. The male employee was rude, the first time I've encountered this. When I asked for help with the Wi-Fi, he reacted aggressively, didn't help, and acted arrogantly! That was the only unpleasant moment.

Very disappointing experience. I was charged twice and I am still waiting for my refund despite contacting the property multiple times. Communication has been extremely poor, and instead of solving the issue, they keep delaying the process without giving any clear information or actual resolution. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Guests should not have to chase their own money for such a long time. I would not recommend this property based on the way this situation has been handled.

“A good hotel and nice staff overall good value for money”
The Staff are very friendly, I had breakfast which was included and really good selection of fresh produce and the hotel was cleaned everyday buy the staff which were very hardworking

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, good sound proofing, nice room with balcony, very clean bathroom, good buffet dinner very cheap, great breakfasts

“Thin walls - awful noise level”
The walls are extremely thin, which made the noise level very difficult to deal with. I was woken up every morning around 7am by the cleaning staff, even when they were several rooms away—the noise carried very clearly. Unfortunately, I could also hear every conversation my neighbors had, as well as more "private" moments, which made the stay uncomfortable. If you're a light sleeper or value quiet, this may not be the best choice.
