“Pretty Terrible”

Not great. The hotel was dated and tired. When I booked my room via Booking.com the price I accepted and the price I was charged jumped by 30%. I immediately as in within seconds tried to cancel the room but my cancelation request was refused. Boooking.com were also useless. The rooms were not clean hairs on the floor, sand around the bed. The breakfast was very poor, the coffee was disgusting and the reconstituted bacon and scrambled eggs were not good. The staff at reception were not very helpful and all in all, despite being cheap, it was very poor experience. I have stayed at your neighbouring hotel Ahoi and it is a lot better. I will never return.

I liked: - cleanliness - once I had a feeling they cleaned up my room twice - friendly and nice staff - despite not speaking the same language, they try to make you feel welcomed - beach - sandy beach and water which is pleasant to walk-in. You need to walk quite a lot (30-50m) to reach depth suitable for swimming. There are showers to wash yourself after swimming, but not so many - food was... hmmm... basic and below average at first sight. Many basic stuff for breakfast and dinner, but if you mix it wisely or wait for perfectly baked eggs, you can eat pretty good. For dinner it was usually at least one very good dish (lasagna, canneloni). You prepare the salad for yourself, which is also plus for me. There was icecream in small packaged cups available. Basic ice-cream, but again - if you combine with different topping, you will enjoy it. Fresh fruit (breakfast and dinner) such as pineapple, watermelon, apples, pears, is also available.

The breakfast was good, a selection of eggs, bacon and healthy options yoghurt and plenty of fresh fruit.

I enjoyed my stay the staff were lovely and friendly. Very happy your help and assist. The food was nice variety at buffet was good. I would love some pancakes though. Lots of pools caters to when there lots of people very nice and convenient. Had a nice walk exploring the town and went to the beach within is a straight walk from the hotel. Shops nearby for snacks, water or gifts. Had lots of fun would stay again.

“dangerous place”

very high price for an old hotel room with old furniture. you have nothing in the room there is no fridge, at the time I arrived I could not have a hot shower, cold water in the bathroom , without light in the bathroom with heavy chars that sounded like old communist furniture. Yesterday somebody stolen my wallet between 11:00-13:00 when I stayed in the hotel for coffee and check out. I asked the bar reception, nobody help. Be safe , avoid this area , there is no resort at this hotel , only small and old rooms , noisy rooms All night I could not sleep, you can hear a big noise from the pool water pomp. be safe and safe your money .

When I booked this hotel I had a special request. They said that they will take care of it. When I arrived they didn't care at all about my request. When I got my room I saw ants running around, even over my bed. I went back to the front desk and told them. They said to me it's normal here because of all the trees. I told them that it's not ok and I have been to Mallorca a couple times and that never happened before. They called housekeeping. Later when I got back to my room I didn't see any ants. Two days later I woke up and I had a whole ant street in my room, which grew bigger and bigger. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a new room.

Everything was good

I couldn't use most of the facilities, such as the pool, as they were already closed in November, but the buffet dinner (15€ e.p.) was fantastic! A very varied selection of dishes, all freshly prepared and very tasty. The dessert was also excellent!

The restaurant and the location was good. Transfer service was good. Next day they changed the rooms for us.

The food was delicious and we always got what we wanted on time. And the chef was so kind. The room was always clean. The service welcomed us nicely. Sauna, damsauna, Masaga was like from a fairy tale. I enjoyed it.

“Perfect”

Easy helpful check in. The room size. The cleanliness, the fact the room gets cleaned every day I wasn't aware of this so opted out when the lady came. The location everything is in walking distance. The size of the TV. Everything was perfect but I can not comment on the breakfast even though it was included we didn't make it to the first one and the second day we had to leave for our flight after an extended stay from another property I'm sure it was amazing though.
