The staff is friendly and the price is super, the breakfasts are tasty,fresh,pretty good, the bus stop is close, you can easily get to the center of Palma:)the beach too, we are satisfied

“A great hotel with great amenities!”
We absolutely loved this hotel! We arrived overnight and messaged ahead to let the reception know, on arrival we were met by a lovely member of staff who checked us in. The room was incredibly clean and the bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby. The shower was also really good! High powered and easy to use. On our departure we were able to leave our luggage for a few hours to allow us to have lunch on S’Arenal and Adrian, a friendly and very helpful member of staff helped us to check out. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! It’s very close to the beach and all of the great restaurants and bars. It also has its own bar!

When I ordered the bedroom suite online, there was no warning about guests paying tax, but when we arrived at the hotel they charged us around €20 per person for tax in cash. It was written on the hotel's website that there was an airport shuttle service, but there was absolutely no such thing. We took the bus and climbed the hill for 10-15 minutes with our suitcases, sweating in the heat, to reach the hotel. It was written that there was air conditioning in the hotel room, but when we entered the room, there was neither air conditioning nor fresh air.... Apart from the lack of air conditioning, there was a sink smell in the hotel in general! The hotel is in a good location, so all types of rooms are available for rent. But remember, any operator who doesn't know how to provide good service will only earn their living, but will never reach their growth goals!

“Great location and fresh hotel!”
New, fresh, clean and location was great, close to the beach and supermarket. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big balcony and coffee/tea you can take downstairs. Basic but all what you need breakfast. Quick check in/out. Highly recommend!

“Basic but does the job for a very cheap price. No AC.”
There was NO AC which the property said they had, only wanted to hook a hotel with AC so was very disappointed when there was no way to cool down the very warm room. The room was clean-ish, the bedding was fine but some of the towels had stains on them. Good base point if you plan to spend minimal time in the room, I.e. just to sleep

No response to Emails or answering phone. Shuttle bus failed to turn up at airport. Room was next to reception. Noisy all night. Receptionist took 25 mins to check us in and had to fill Out 3 forms. After 7 hours of traveling.
