Great hotel , extremely clean and great location . Beds are fab and roof top pool stunning . Lots of groups , good vibes and short walk from beach and strip .

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff were all so friendly, especially Andrea on reception who checked us in and out. She was so lovely! The hotel also put on a small dinner for us, as there were quite a few rooms to check in late evening due to the flight delays with the weather, so we missed the dinner slot time. The hotel didnt had to do that but they did which was so kind of them. :) The breakfast and dinner selection was great every night and they were always topping up the food. The room was lovely, good size. Even had a mini fridge in the room which was handy. There wasnt a kettle however from reading the other reviews this made me plan ahead and bring my own portable kettle which we used before going down to breakfast each morning and having that mini fridge was a bonus to store milk etc. Also bus stop right outside the hotel for the city of Palma, however the 504 (fast bus) can get really busy and full before the stop outside the hotel, however the 23 also goes to Palma which runs every 20 mins or so. Also if you walk down to the beach and walk to McDonalds there is a number 25 bus that also runs to Palma and runs every 10 mins and starts from that bus stop, so you would be more likely to get a seat on the bus. We got the 25 one day back from Palma and walked 10 mins back to the hotel and it was a nice walk, walking along the beach front back to the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting Palma for a long weekend, great location to the airport and Palma and easy reach from the bus stop. Thank you again for a great stay :)

Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms were very clean on the whole. Short walk to the beach and main strip of s'arenal. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooftop area has a beautiful view with music, a cold plunge pool and a bar, the best part of the hotel. Also a pool on the ground floor. Staff were mainly very friendly. Nice big seating area downstairs if you need to work or have to hang around for a late flight

The hotel was very clean and the location was good for us. Lots of variety at breakfast and the bar staff were friendly and generous too. The highlight for us was the rooftop pool with the stunning view.

“Perfect stay for relax”

The food was excellent, everyone will find something they like. Location is just perfect - the area is quite (in October), however in close proximity to all amenities (bus stops, shops, beaches, etc). Having bar and a pool on the rooftop is just amazing idea that makes this hotel even more attractive!
