Overview
This hotel has a large pool and gardens, situated in front of the Arenal Yacht Club and just 350 metres from the Playa de Palma beach. There is a dining room with a comprehensive buffet and a bar service in the pool area. There are ranges of board options from bed and breakfast to halfboard which you can contract for an additional daily supplement meaning you are free to choose what suits you best.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Just two minutes walk from the beach, with a lovely marina, and just far enough away from the promenade to avoid any noise at night. Great selection of tasty breakfast items.

The entire hotel was good, pool area was lovely, spacious yet cozy with a bar with good coktails. Room was nice, simple and clean. Breakfast was very good, different egg varietes, bread, pastries, fruit, dessert - a lot of variety.

From the person at reception to the staff everywhere in the hotel to the staff at the pool bar we’re just amazing everyone was so so helpful and friendly I cudnt say enough about them my stay was just amazing hotel very nice room was lovely very comfortable bed and so clean I will definitely b going back and have recommended it to all my fryi stay there in September tanks to everyone at AMAZONAS ye were all just amazing Fiona Ireland

“Layover stay”
I chose this hotel only because I needed to stay overnight in Mallorca. The lady at the reception was very nice. The hotel served its purpose — it’s simple, but perfectly fine for an overnight stay.

“Good vacation”
The accommodation is about 30 minutes by bus from the airport and very close to the beach. There are also several buses connecting to the surrounding areas. The swimming pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel, and the breakfast is good. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming.

The property is in a good location close to all amenities, the beach, bars and restaurants are all within a short walk. The pool is a nice size with plenty of sunbed space, the rooms are basic but very clean. Breakfast has a good variety. Restaurant is lovely and clean. Staff are great. Hotel responds promptly if you send a message regarding your booking, eg. Estimated arrival times, special requests etc. Check in is straightforward, if wish to, you may keep your room until 2pm on check out day for an extra 20 euros. There is a secure luggage room to leave bags in if on late checkout. The property is not too far from the airport, a taxi will cost between 20 to 30 euros. All in all a nice place to stay. I would definitely use this hotel again.
