Overview
Hostal Mar del Plata is set 200 metres from S’Arenal Beach and about 5 minutes’ walk from the lively Calle del Jamón Street. This guest house has rooms with private bathrooms, some with balconies. The family-run Mar del Plata offers accommodation with a simple, functional décor. All have a flat-screen TV, a safe and include a window, balcony or terrace. The private bathrooms have a hairdryer and there is also a daily cleaning service. There are a range of bars, restaurants and nightclubs within walking distance of the Mar del Plata guest house. There are several beaches in the surrounding area, including Can Pastilla, a 10-minute drive away. Palma Airport is approximately 5 km from the guest house and the centre of Palma can be reached in 18 minutes by car. There are a number of buses running to the airport and the historic centre from a nearby bus stop.

Really nice hostel. Small but sufficient. Fernanda was really nice helping with everything we needed. We had a great time, everything was clean and we were in one minute at the beach. Also close to the Partycenter (15 min by foot). All in all a great trip, especially moneywise it was a no brainer.

Staff was very friendly, we were only there for a day but the location was great and it sure was appreciated when they arranged a cab for us for our early morning flight.

You pay extra for the air condition. No extra pillows or towels. You need to pay a guarantee before your entrance to the room. You pay 100€ per night and the reception told us we are a poor hotel. The receptionist is a very good actor so as to earn more money playing the poor lady.

“GREAT LOCATION EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE”
My partner and I stayed here for a last minute holiday, We were not expecting much but were more then satisfied with our stay. We felt like we were staying with family. The owner is so kind and goes above and beyond for her guests. I left my phone in a taxi and she called the company and got it back for me without any second thought.
