“5 nights in S'Arenal”
The person that contacted me regarding my booking was so kind and after my request qith a sea view ,he did its best to offer us an apartment top floor with a bit of sea view ,maximum they could ,great apartment ,very well located ,just 5 minutes walk to the beach ,amazing restaurant downstairs ,always busy El Bar Andaluz ,but if you book a table you can enjoy the authentic tapas .The cleaner was coming each 2 days to change the towels .Upon our request for a better pillow ,she provided us with an extra one👍.

Very good location, a lot of shops, restaurant...Everything you need is near you. Beach closer and bus station too. Clean and quiet. No reason to complain, everything was like must be.

close to the beach, excellent Tapas bar below! good place to have a short stay with friends! Easy communaction with the congierge by whatsapp! Also if any assistance was needed, all good!

Excellent location within walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bus stops. Easy access to the building, car park along the street easy to find. Perfect for a holiday with friends.

The location i great. Lots of restaurants and shop and bars around, and the beach is two minutes away. The check in procedure went very smoothly, with a very good website to do it online, allowing is to get the entrance codes and reach the apartment in the middle of the night without any issue. Fresh towels every two days and the big balcony are other things that were very appreciated. The kitchen is furnished with all you need for three people, but no oven.

The property was exactly what we expected in this price range. The apartment was clean and renovated. Shops, restaurants and beach were few meters away and there was no loud bars nearby.

“Great place for vacation with family”
Location is great. Close to beach, bar Andaluz below. Clean rooms, air con in our room worked perfectly. There was a lift - which my parents appreciated. Balcony was into inner block, but at least it was not crazy sunny during the day and not loud like balconies facing the street . I did like the fact that you don't need to bring any card or key, you use a code to get to room. Brilliant idea. Towels exchanged every second day, which is more than enough.

“Nice and really good place to stay, if you like El Arenal.”
Very nice host. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, big terrace. House is close to the sea and shops (mercadona, and Lidl)
