“One night in Los Arcos”

Very close to Almeria Airport. Easy to find - it is on the main street and parking available nearby. Also, a proper reception so no need to fiddle around with entry codes and passwords.

We stayed for one night after arriving on a late flight. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport. There’s plenty of on street parking. The staff were polite and friendly, the room was basic, but spacious and very clean. The bar attached to the hotel served us some excellent beer which was very welcome after a long day. And the price was excellent. We’d definitely stay again.

“Disappointing”

When I arrived I was told the hotel bar and restaurant was closed for cleaning so I had to go out onto the high street to find a place to eat but as it was on a Tuesday no eating places or bars are open in the town ( the only place open on a Tuesday evening is Los Arcos Hotel ) no idea why but apparently its the same all year round. I just feel the situation should have been made clear before I arrived and I had paid for a Hotel with a bar/restaurant

Perfect stopover for the airport

As a short notice, late evening booking resulting from our cancelled flight home from Almeria, the hotel met our needs very well. Unpretentious but clean and friendly, it is only 2 km from the airport, which is accessible by a regular €1.10 fare on the No 30 bus that stops 3 minutes walk from the hotel. For the same cost, the very regular bus service can get you into the heart of Almería city in 45 minutes.

Needed a bed for the night as it was a late flight and was using public transport. 30 minute walk from the airport (straight down Carretera de Nijar; just be careful as there is a small stretch without a footpath!) Hotel was quiet and comfortable (once the aircon was working)
