i have problem with this booking, already i did my accommodation and i paid the full amount 9406 egp and after i was finished the accommodation i found my bank charge me again with 639 egp from the same place and i don't know why it was charge on me , while i did my checkout without any problems + i requested to give me bill about my accommodation and they informed me they don't have bill system and i found that super unprofessional + i have bad comments about the property: 1- they told me rooms its come without coffee tray. 2- no cleaning service. 3- no ironing is available and they told me it will be on your own responsibility. 4- room it's beside the electric generator and it was so noisy. i request Compensation for the period of bad stay because I trusted that place because it is through you +refund to me the extra amount what was charged without any rights
