The beach set up and facilities are great and very beautiful, perfect for a beach holiday! The resort facilities are really good and activities are available throughout the day.

The property was beautiful, modern, and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the views and atmosphere were amazing. The food variety and overall facilities made the experience very enjoyable and relaxing.

Very good experience. Well-behaved staff. View is great at the higher levels. Very good food variety and quality at the buffet. Fun activities spanning the entire day, volley ball, dancing, gym, yoga, spa, parties and performances. A beautiful sandy beach and wavy sea, the jet ski experience was particularly fabulous there. The suite was vast and convenient with a beautiful panorama setup for the sleeping room overlooking both the sea and the city towers. Shoutout to Ahmed Gamal from house keeping for doing such a great job of keeping the room tidy and clean throughout our stay.

I had an amazing experience at Rixos Premium Alamein. The hospitality here is world-class! The team surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a gorgeous suite, which made my stay absolutely perfect. The service was flawless, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the resort itself is beautiful. Highly recommended!

It wasl a lovely stay special thanks to Moheb for his assistant and lovely smile the hotel was full of activity and the staff helpfull and amazing the house keeping was clean and restaurants was good service

It’s a really big hotel, nice clean territory, spacious rooms. Beach in that area is marvelous. Staff at the hotel are nice and helpful. We he’d a personal assistant who helped us with any questions we had - Nada Mahmoud, she made our stay even more comfortable. The main restaurant is big, offers a huge variety of options for breakfast. Room service is fast and food is tasty. We’ve been there not in the high season, so we’ve enjoyed quite stay.
