“Disappointed”
I can see the potential in this place, if it was functional I can see myself enjoying my experience but unfortunately this was not the case on this occasion. Mohammed however really tried his best to help us be comfortable

“Excellent Experience!”
Everything went well. Mr. Mohamed at receiption was very helpful we checked-in in a couple of minutes all people are helpful and extremely excellent. You will have a plenty of restaurants near by also Carrefour is an excellent and affordable store.

“Very good stay”
Everything was perfect. Location, facilities, comfort, and overall atmosphere with many restaurants, shops, and entertainment park. Check-in was easy. Special thanks to Mr. Rafik at the reception who was friendly, helpful and professional and gave us an upgrade for an apartment with a direct sea view. He contacted us every day to see if we had any requests. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, with kitchen facilities and beach towels. The beach could be reached by boat and had many food options. We really enjoyed our stay.

The weather was perfect ,the apartment view from the 8th floor was perfect as we were upgraded to a sea view room by Mr rafek from the reception who did his best to make our stay pleasurable ,the apartment was clean new towls and beach towels ,the ac was good
