Helpful staff especially Mostafa. The location is also great and the rooms are clean and have kettle, microwave, refrigerator and a seating area for the kitchenette. Also a good balcony with a nice view. The hotel has great potential they just need to work on managing things with the restaurants and the beach.

The hotel is new so everything was new, located in an amazing spot in the heart of new Alamein , rooms are see view , free access to Karl beach which was walking distance from the reception. Staff was super friendly, each and everyone of the staff including housekeeping were extremely helpful. Special Thanks to Amir Ragab and all the reception team who made our stay unforgettable also special thanks Ayman Ramzy. Breakfast and dinner were served in the restaurants in front of the beach . We were surprised with the hotel gesture while checking in which was like a cherry on top of the cake and gave us free tickets to Omar Khairat concert which was located in north mall again walking distance from the reception. Thank you Counsel Hotel team for making our stay exceptional :) :)
