“Too short of a stay for the area we were in.”
Breakfast was really good, dining area was unique. The hotel was within a short walk to the altstadt, places to eat. Did not have enough time to visit a lot of the sights in the area, would like to go back and would stay at this hotel. Did not have a issue with parking.

“Comfortable hotel with great breakfast and wonderful staff”
Breakfast was fantastic - was the best breakfast we had during our European trip. On a scale of 1-10 it was a 10+. The staff was also fantastic -- very helpful and kind. They are truly top-notch. The hotel has done a lot of decorating to make the atmosphere really unique.

“Experience the 1400's”
Our room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We ate dinner in the restaurant and were impressed by the medieval atmosphere. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Located right in the centre of all things historical, the hotel aspires to immerse its guests into a pseudo-Reformation-times atmosphere, with staff wearing period costumes and a room fittingly referred to as Schlafkammer, reception desk as Pförtnerey, etc. The portraits of Martin Luther and Katharina von Bora on the walls certainly add to the ambiance and this quasi-olden-times feel as well. You can see Saint Anne´s Church from your hotel window – and hear the gentle chime at around six o´clock every night. Breakfast is an excellent selection of cheeses, hams, local sausage varieties, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, bacon, muesli, jams, and so on. They can also make you an omelette or eggs sunny side up if you like. The wireless is functional enough to upload photos onto social media websites and share videos with friends if that is what you feel like doing.

“Great stop off on our German roadtrip”
Really enjoyed the stay here. Loved the theme from booking in to checkout. Great choices of food, all delicious. Breakfast was equally good. It was a great stop off on our German roadtrip
