Our room was spacious and came with a fan which was most welcome has the nights were hot and humid. The breakfast room was also spacious and offered a wide selection of breakfast fare. The restaurant of an evening served a good selection of Caribean themed meals and was a popular venue. The location was ideal being a short walk to the centre and historical houses. It was also on the bus route for Wartburg Schloss. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel in Eisenach. Close to DemoPark. Parking opposite. Very clean and comfortable room. Dinner was excellent. The staff were very friendly.

Excellent hotel from which we could reach the Bachhaus in a couple of minutes. The room was very quiet. Another plus: the great breakfast! Friendly stuff all around. One has to pay for parking in the garage of the hotel, but it is well worth it.

We had a great room with a view of Wartberg Castle in the distance. Beds really comfy.

Honestly, it is obvious that the hotel had more glorious times. Nevertheless, it is clean, the room was cosy and refurbished, and the breakfast was good. It was also quite cheap.

For the price, the room has an adequate size. It was clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom has enough space (more than I expected. actually). The location is really good. Not the most beautiful part of the city, but 100m from the Bach Haus Museum, less than 10 minutes walk to the center and 30 min walk from the castle. The staff was 100% friendly and helped whenever I needed. Breakfast was a standard good hotel breakfast. I would come back anytime.

Charming, friendly and cozy small-town hotel.

The lady on the desk reception on the thursday morning of our stay was unhelpful when we enquired about a phone call to our next hotel which was subject to a problem travelling to owing to a short notice strike on the railways on the friday. She said she was much too busy to help but took no interest in our problem. She wore glasses and was middle aged.

The hotel is located in a very strategic area, close to the House of Bach, with easy access to all places of interest in the town. Breakfast is well served. They also have a great Dominican restaurant in the building, which we visited 2 times - given how great it is.
