“I would visit again if I knew for certain all the facilities were working.”
After switching rooms I liked my room even if a bit dated, comfy bed. The food was great. The staff was nice. The view from the room was gorgeous. nearby beach was great and shuttle service to and fro very nice. Pool area really nice. Someone even ran a great water fitness class. lobby areas nice. Massage chairs in lobby a perk.

They gave us many gifts like soda, water, chips and chocolate and Dead Sea Mud. They also gave us a late check out which made a big difference.

“Nice to place to stay, eager, helpful staff!”
The room was nice size and the beds comfortable. Parking was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and welcoming (especially since there was a real rush at check in with a large group arriving). The dining room was large and had a good energy with a nice variety of choices. We appreciated that the team seemed eager to please both in messages prior to our arrival, during our stay and after.

“A wonderful and refreshing vacation”
The food was excellent with tremendous variety. We certainly were never hungry. The gifts (cold drinks and chips) provided by the hotel were a wonderful touch.

The food is outstanding. Special thanks to Fadi, the Sous Chef, for a delicious and varied Shabbat dinner. Huge variety of excellent food. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient. The hotel is very clean and the service is mostly excellent ( although I was promised by the man who did my check in that a complimentary pack of mud would be sent to my room, and it never happened. ) The pool area is beautiful.
