There were withered flowers in two vases next to the front desk, there was a lot of trash in the Dead Sea in front of the hotel, and the staff's service training was terrible; it was the worst hotel.

The location is super: everything is at a stone's throw, compact and accessible. The employees are extremely friendly and obliging. Of course, there's always room for improvement, like the level of cleaning the room during the stay. However, on the whole, it was a very satisfying experience. The facilities are in good condition and are well maintained.

The food was superb and all of the facilities very clean. The staff were plentiful both in the dining room and the various aspects of cleaning. The salt water and mineral pools were excellent.

There must be a way to control the enormous amount of flies at the pool. Fly traps and the like. They do spoil an otherwise superb holiday experience .
