Management, Gabrielle in particular, was exceptional. Staff in the dining room, Alexander, was amazing and attentive. Rest of the staff we experienced very unfriendly and service not high priority, especially reception.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa was wonderful, and the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
