exeptional food, breakfast and dinner were in a top dinning restaurants level, an amazing selection and quality. The staff was professional, kind and take care of any need and question with a smile and efficiency. Although the hotel was in full capacity, it was not feel like that, we had a space for ourselfs and enjoyed every minute.

The staff is nice except for one person that had no patience. The breakfast is fine but the coffee machine does not work on Saturdays

We had a wonderful stay! An excellent hotel — everything is clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The breakfasts are varied, very generous, and absolutely delicious. The pool is heated, so swimming was very comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Breakfast and dinner and meal at pool bar is great ,everthing delicious .the location at the great place ,not crowded and noisy.On the beach also there are restaurants to eat ,the prices are not expensive.The hotel staff very kind ,houskeeping is great, staff of restaurant also kind ,staff of pool kind and nice, reception staff also very kind and they have a great hospitality .We are as family since 25 years stay only in this hotel in Eilat. And every time we turn there.highly recommended. Thanks for all. Jinet.

“My favourite hotel in Eilat, having stayed in at least 7.value for money”

My room was exceptionally clean. Strong WiFi connection Excellent range of soft & firm pillows. Welcome complimentary wine & water. Complimentary mini espresso maker Wonderful range of fresh, hot food for each meal time. Attentive and courteous staff. Strong floor management during busy meal times to promptly assist with seating.

So the initial room wasn't very airy but when I told the manager, he arranged for the 3rd night to move us to the top floor, most beautiful room I could have asked for. Shlomo, one of the staff in the lobby bar area was exceptionally friendly and ran around for us, he should be promoted ;) The location is amazing as long as you have a car as it's not city centre but beautiful and breathy.

The breakfast was excellent; fresh and plentiful. The swimming pool area was lovely; large, spacious and beautiful. The pool was warm enough to swim in in December. The beds around the pool were comfortable. The hotel dinner on Friday night was excellent; really delicious meats and delicious salads and a wide selection of fantastic desserts. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and we felt very well taken care of. It was a great experience all around. I would highly recommend this hotel; its comfortable, the restaurant is excellent and the pool area and lounge/ bar area very tastily designed and great for relaxation, playing games and leisure time with the family. We didnt use the spa so we cant comment on that.

We LOVED our stay at Yam Suf- perfect location for snorkeling, away from the busy shopping centers, and we had a beautiful view to the Red Sea. The staff was very friendly and attentive - anything we needed brought to our room arrived within 5 minutes and came with a smile. The facilities were excellent, and our 14 month-old LOVED the kids play room.

Check-in was on Shabbat, but the staff was very accommodating they allowed a late check-out, one hour later. At reception, Sagi and the front desk manager kindly gave us vouchers for a complimentary lunch, which was a great gesture. The lunch was excellent high-quality food and outstanding service from Lisa, probably one of the best we’ve experienced. Overall, the food was delicious, not too salty, and well-prepared (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The infrastructure is modern and mostly renovated, and the atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, and family-oriented. Housekeeping was impressive even though we had the “Do not disturb” sign, staff politely asked in the corridor if we needed water or fresh towels. The beach is right across the street, sunbeds are free for hotel guests, and it’s a perfect spot for beginners to observe fish and enjoy the sea
