“the rooms had a heavy smokey smell and therfore we had to change our stay to another local hotel”
there was no one to talk to regarding any needs - even my requirements via my booking was not met - and all my messages went unanswered from the owners

“Disappointing”
The junior room is not safe the windows have no lock. When you leave your things inside you are not comfortable when you are outside the premises. and the extra table inside the room is very small.
