The staff were helpful. The location is good, just off the main promenade so it's a bit quieter and easier to get in and out.

“Good facility but without a proper shelter.”
The usual services of the hotel are good. The location is good - but not ear the beaches. However, there is a nice swimming pool at the hotel. Breakfast is very good.

The hotel is in excellent location. It close to the mall and the beach. It also close to the all party area. The hotel is very clean and the rooms. The stuff members are so politely.

They are deceiving customers by not mentioning that breakfast is served elsewhere. There is no front desk manager, no room service, nothing at all! It's simply a disgrace.

“Not recommended, nice design but bad cleaning and attention to detail”
Came to the desk, the place had issues with taking a payment from booking so I was delayed, then we came into a room 403 (junior suite) and the place had woman hair on the shower walls, flooding toilet and power breaks, we received a replacement room 402 which didn’t have any remote for the tv, we asked to warm the pool and it was cold in our second day, I’m really disappointed and I’m not recommending at all

“Less than pleased”
The room has a sink inside the actual room. Which is like a studio apartment. And doesn’t show this on the photos- very mis leading. The ‘gym’ - HILARIOUS. It’s a tiny room with one treadmill, one cross trainer and one bike. The breakfast room is tiny, doesn’t have enough tables to fit the hotel guests so there’s a long queue every morning & people fighting for tables The selection of tea is ONE type. Just black tea. There were no towels at the pool side and we waited over one hour for some to arrive. Coffee machine inside the room but no coffee pods- completely pointless What I liked- the staff- in particular Phoebe. She was so lovely and accommodating, she works super hard!! Also a young man who works in the restaurant at breakfast was funny and also friendly (don’t know his name) The bed was comfy, the room was spacious

The staff were very friendly and approachable.Mohamad helps us to fix small problems in the room.the manager of the hotel let us stay in the room where we felt comfortable and the food was so healthy and delicious ,the kitchen staff were so kind.And lastly it was near from the shopping mall,tayelet,restaurants,beaches.

“I like the place and the staff and will stay there again in the future.”
These are of course troubled times for Eilat tourism so not many people were at the hotel.. The hotel is really nice, the staff are kind, the hotel is sparkling clean, the breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. I plan to stay there again in the future.
