Set right on the Almog Beach, the Orchid Hotel & Resort is a Thai-style holiday village on the Red Sea. It offers gourmet cuisine and a spa. The Orchid has an outdoor pool with sun terrace and a separate children's pool. Guests enjoy free use of bicycles, free Wi-Fi, and free international phone calls from the lobby. Most rooms have panoramic sea views and are decorated in Thai style. the room was very good however the surround areas were full of cats and the estate was fairly untidy however a very nice hotel.

“Terrible hotel, doesn't worth a price at all.”
The room was full of mosquitoes, all furniture was broken. The garbage was not collected even once in 3 days. There were no towels at a pool. The floor at the restaurant was sticky and entire restaurant was full of flies.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. The location: walking distance (10 mins) from the divers village (not in summer though) and away from the center. There is a little supermarket also at walking distance. The rooms have a nice balcony The bathroom is spacious and new
