The staff was super friendly and thoughtful. Rafael called a few days before and asked what they could do to maximise our vocation. My husband celebrated his BD, so they arranged the surprise for him. Then we arrived there balloons and sweets in the room. Super nice gesture that makes all the difference. Thank you, Rafael!!

Breakfast - excellent selection of foods. Same for dinner. The gentleman that came around offering fresh coffees (with frothed milk) was a good touch. Clean facilities, constant table clearing. Well appointed shul.

we originally booked the standard room, but made an upgrade to the suite for a small amount extra. very welcoming staff with great facilities.
