We loved the view from our patio of our junior suite overlooking the red sea. Location was excellent, right on the shopping walkway and direct access from the hotel to the beach across the walkway (with complementary loungers)

“More Than a Hotel — Truly Human Care ❤️”

I would like to leave a huge thank you to Leonardo Plaza Eilat. And not just for a good vacation — but for the truly human kindness and care I received there, which I honestly will never forget. Before my trip, Etti personally called me from the hotel and asked if I had any special requests: extra pillows, additional comfort, or anything else I might need during my stay. After so many years of traveling around Israel and the world, I can honestly say that almost no hotel has ever done that for me before. From that very moment, I already felt genuinely cared for. When we arrived, we were welcomed in the most wonderful way. We received a room upgrade, and in the room there were bottles of water, wine, and everything was spotless, neat, and prepared with attention to every detail. At the reception desk we were gifted complimentary dinners, and my daughter — who came to Eilat for a dance competition — kept receiving sweet surprises throughout our stay: ice cream vouchers, drinks, little gifts, and so many warm words of encouragement. Every staff member was genuinely excited for her, congratulating and supporting her, and it was incredibly touching. No, this hotel is not some ultra-luxury, brand-new five-star resort. But I have to say honestly: the level of service, warmth, and genuine care we experienced here was far beyond many expensive luxury hotels I have visited around the world. Unfortunately, our first room faced the promenade, where there was loud music, karaoke, and nightlife until very late at night, and I barely slept. But the truth is, it was not only because of the noise itself. The past weeks in Israel have been emotionally very difficult for many of us, and after everything we had experienced, my nervous system had become extremely sensitive. Many people probably would not even have noticed the sounds outside, but in that emotional state even the smallest noise felt overwhelming to me.

My experience at Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Eilat was disappointing. The hotel is quite old, and it showed in many aspects. The elevator was dirty and not well-maintained, and the room itself felt outdated. There were no power outlets near the bed, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we received our room later than expected, and when we requested to check out half an hour late, they informed us that we would need to pay for an additional full day’s reservation. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and the only positive aspect was the location.

There was not an umbrella on the terrace so we couldn't lounge outside.

Amazing views, very spacious rooms and great location. The pool was very nice and we were granted access to the spa which was very cozy with a nice jacuzzi facing the sea. The staff were very kind and tentative.

Great room. We got an upgrade and received several treats to the room. We got the room early and checked out late. The hotel was very accommodating to religiously observant guests.

Spacious and comfortable room and public areas. Right on the front. Nice pool area. Good size room and bathroom. Very good housekeeping . Meals we had were quite good and varied.

The breakfast was excellent. Very good hotels location close to beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, respectful attentive and professional the personal of the hotel, always willing to collaborate and help, our three-year-old daughter really enjoyed the activities for children, we had a great time as a family and our experience was pleasant, excellent location and variety in the buffet, 🥰we will definitely return on our next vacation

“Unbelievable staff”

The staff went above and beyond for us and set up our room with complimentary wine to celebrate our engagement. They put out love hearts on the bed and balloons. They really tried to make it special for us and we really appreciated it. The breakfast was incredible and the location was perfect. Close and walking distance to everything in the main area.

Hotel is near to everything, room is very clean, the staff were really nice especially ava hamama helped us a lot,, if i came back to eilat again i would just chhose leonardo plaza hotel

Kobi the manager was incredible but the rest of the staff... Rude unhelpful and as poor as you can get.

The location was very in the middle of the city. The breakfast had lot of choices and was quite delicious. The outside swimming pool as well as prive beach was good.
