The apartment is clean, very well located - a few minutes walk to the central mall. It is very quiet at night. There is a parking lot. There is no window in one of the bedrooms, but there are air conditioners, so it is not crucial.

The place was in the perfect location - walking distance from the center, yet just removed enough to be able to sleep in quiet. the host was wonderful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We immediately recommended to everyone we know :)

The apartment is modern and cozy, adults and kids liked it a lot, everything we needed was there. In addition I personally really like the pillow - it was very comfortable.

The most central location, while quiet and with parking. Very clean, freshly renovated, spacious, great communication with host, flexible entrance (keybox), airconditioning, a balcony with wooden bar and some view. Functioning kitchen. We will definitely return.

“Great place with a friendly host”
The host Was soooo helpful. I had insane tooth pain and he immediatley offered me to drive me to a dentist (All during a hefty storm). Besides this the appartement was clean, nice looking and close to the beach and Restaurants. Bonus is a spacious rain shower. Everything for a fair price!

“House by the beach is the best choise”
The apartment is very nice, very clean and it has perfect location, very close to the beach, to the city centre and to the bus stops. The owner is very kind and helpfull. Near is perfect restaurant Branja and we also recommend restaurant Omer's. Eilat city is very good choise for holiday with children. We will definetly come again.

“Perfect stay for reasonable price.”
We are enjoyed out stay. Host was extremely helpful and kind. We didn't met him, but contacted right away after a reservation on booking. Place was tidy, beds were really comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped (no oven, but it's not needed) Location is very good, you can reach everything by feet. Easy to navigate. Thank you one more time. Also great price and quality relation.

Good location with free parking. Communication with the owner was really smooth. Also the apartment was nice and had all facilities necessary. We especially liked that there were some snorkeling masks and beach toys 😊

“Amazing location, live like a local.”
With a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 2 minute walk to the night life, House by the Beach was an incredible stay. The host was communicative and welcoming. We had the AirB&B/Live-like-a-local experience but without sacrificing comfort and location.

Amazing location, quiet but almost as central as you can get. Great apartment at a great price and the host was so flexible, helpful and reachable. Can't get better than this
