Overview
Part of the Herods Hotels & Spa Complex, Herods Vitalis is a luxury hotel on the shores of the Red Sea in Eilat. Strictly adults only, it offers indoor and outdoor pools and a wellness centre with gym. Rooms at this 5-star superior hotel are air conditioned and come with an LCD TV, a minibar and kettle for tea and coffee. Each one features a comfortable seating area and bathroom with spa bath, bathrobes and slippers. Rooms include access to the hotel's Laurence Lounge with daily newspapers and refreshments. A varied Israeli buffet breakfast is served each morning. Herods Vitalis is completely non smoking, including all rooms and around the swimming pool. Wellness facilities include a sauna, hot tub and massage rooms. Free parking is provided and a free shuttle is available to Ramon Airport.

“A Relaxing Stay with Outstanding Personal Attention”
SThe staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, from my vegan diet to my wife’s pregnancy. The level of personal care was outstanding. Special thanks to Shirley, Katya, and everyone else who looked after us so warmly. The executive room had a large balcony with stunning views, and we really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. A truly relaxing and thoughtful stay.

“This is great hotel!”
This is not the first time we have been to this hotel, and it is always a good place to relax, the staff is friendly and professional, the room is always clean and tidy, there is a wonderful spa center, great food, there is access to the sea, a wonderful administrator in the lobby, we really like it here!

“more catastrophic than that...it doesn't exist, a shame”
how is it possible to claim to be a 5 star hotel when the premises and the room in particular are dilapidated (I knew this same room in the same condition 30 years ago!!!) the staff is still as unfriendly and unpleasant as soon as you ask for something it seems to me that in a 5 star hotel at 2750 NIS per night you have the right to a room worthy of the name ... change of towels and preparation of the room for the night, total absence of service (even a bottle of water in the evening was difficult to obtain, ... otherwise you had to pay in cash directly for room service ... never seen in my life ...) ..... and the je n'y retournerai plus et ferai une publicite catastrophique ...c'est une honte list could be long ..... in short how is it how is it possible to claim to be a 5 star hotel when the premises and the room in particular are dilapidated (I knew this same room in the same condition 30 years ago!!!) the staff always so unfriendly and unpleasant as soon as you ask for something it seems to me that in a 5 star hotel at 2750 NIS per night you have the right to a room worthy of the name ... change of towels and preparation of the room for the night, total absence of service (even a bottle of water in the evening was difficult to obtain, ... otherwise you had to pay in cash directly for room service ... never seen in my life ...) ..... and the list could be long ..... in short how is it possible to pay such a price for such a catastrophic service I will not go back there and will make a catastrophic advertisement ... it's a shame for comparison and for an equivalent price I just came from this hotel in Tokyo HOSHINOYA Tokyop possible to pay such a price for such a catastrophic service

“We enjoyed all parts of the hotel and look forward to returning.”
I enjoyed all aspects of the hotel. Breaskfast was delicious and the chef provided pancakes when asked, even when not on the menu. The grounds and spa facility were well kept and beautiful. The room was so comfortable and the bath towels were luxerious.

“Amazing experience - best in Eilat!”
The staff was excellent and very helpful, from the courteous doorman to the professional reception, and the amazing manager who was on site and catered to our every need. Absolutely a pleasure visiting the Herods Vitalis and will be back for sure very soon!

“Highly recommended”
Second time we were staying at this hotel and the stay was excellent even more than previous one. The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, the hotel is VERY clean, the SPA is very nice and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. We will definitely return and we highly recommend.

Great location, pool facilities and spa. The food and beverage teams are outstanding in all the restaurants. The rain suite was like having an in-room spa. The half board package is more than normally expected.
