“Staff and location”
Evening arrival. The staff were kind, patient, and communicated in writing as I’m deaf. Great staff. The breakfast looked good, and the location is great—close to stores, fast food, and the bus station, with about a 15-minute walk to the mall and the beach.

I really liked the location — very central, close to everything, including the central bus station of Eilat. I loved room 329: very quiet, spacious, with a comfortable bed, powerful air conditioning, morning sunlight, cheerful décor, shower, minibar, TV — everything working perfectly, modern and clean. As for the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful, meeting all our needs, especially those working at breakfast service. The Shabbat dinner was also excellent — the food was outstanding, we tried a bit of everything, congratulations to the Chef! I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Eilat.

Me and my husband arrived very late at night and the guy in the front desk was very welcoming and nice. Explained how to arrive on the phone because there was no gps. The staff is very helpful and kind. There's plenty of parking space during the day, but at evening time it's very fool.

Really huge hostel. Rooms are very clean. Nice shower and toilet. Common room, lounge around the bar is exceptional. Breakfast was ok, simple, basic, but enough.
