“Great service when hickup happened”

You can really see great service not when everything goes great, but when something doesn't work as expected and the personel needs to react. There was a hickup in our check-in - we got a room that was not cleaned - and the reaction was perfect. After a phone, within 5 minutes, a staff member arrived (it was outside the hours where they are normally on site) and we got a new, bigger room. And for apology, we got a set of chocolates next morning. Aside from that situation, other perks:, the room was very clean, good location, comfy beds, bike storage, common area where you can rest/eat/drink. Possibility to purchase drinks. No food however.

This bed and breakfast is located in a small beautiful village close to the Belgium border. Check in was contactless and easy using key boxes. The house is beautiful and comes with a big terraced yard. Free parking spots. Breakfast buffet was varied, very tasty and comes with personalized eggs.

Everything was perfect. Room, beds and breakfast were great. Staff friendly and helpful. Great town, close to lovely countryside for biking or walking. Restaurants close by very good. Advise booking a table.

The place is very nice, the rooms are big and we had enough space to sleep and more. The beds are comfortable. People are very friendly. The breakfast is nice and fresh, The bread was very good. The location is great. We went to see Andre Rieu and it is less than 15 minutes by car.
