The location is nice, although next to the busy road to the lifts. It is walking distance to the town center and lift to the Ehrwalder Alm which is convenient. Most of what you would need is available in the house. For paying the local tax it takes a bit of arrangement since you need to meet with someone at an arranged time but we got it done.
