The room is very clean, comfortable. 10 mins walking to beach. good view and nice neighbourhood. Jeroen is super nice person. I had a good time in this apartment. Highly recommended.

The total appartement was a delight. It is super clean, the Interieur is very fashionable and welcoming. I was welcomed by a very nice host. The appartement is just a few meters away from the sea and the nice little town from egmond an zee

“Incredible little gem”
Loved all of it. Nothing we did not like. They were incredibly nice. We had a beautiful view from our window. There was coffee, tea, and a small kitchen. The town itself was so beautiful. We really enjoyed walking through town and visiting all the shops. Such kind people in town.

The room and service were excellent. Facilities were good and the location is very central - shops, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance. Parking in front of the building. The breakfast was very tasteful. Thanks again for your great hospitality!

“lovely family-run guesthouse that we will definitely re-visit”
Breakfast was wonderful, fresh coffee and juice, served when we wanted it by a wonderful friendly host. We also had the option to self-cater in our room which had a fully equipped kitchen. There was tea and various coffees in the room, wifi was good. The room was sunny, very nicely decorated and the beds were great. The house is close to the town centre and beach.
